Monica Reynolds has garnered national recognition as a Real Estate Coach, Trainer and Author. Monica is regarded in the real estate industry as an innovative real estate advisor for systems and effective team hiring and management systems that sustain successful real estate careers, with growth driven initiatives.

In her over forty years in the real estate industry, she has been recognized by Gary Keller and Dave Ramsey as a high-level mentor, trainer and producer.  Monica was Vice President of MAPS Coaching for Gary Keller, has developed an ELP Program for the Dave Ramsey Company, has led a team to over $100,000,000 in annual sales, and has been involved in creating cutting edge technology development for lead generation. Monica  also helped develop ArchTelecom and 800 Infohomeline for the real estate industry.

Most important and significant in Monica's career has been the pioneering of hiring, managing, and creating growth producing team members for teams and Realtors. Monica has authored 3 books on Real Estate Assistants and Systems.

Monica Kelts is the Director of Operations at Holt Homes Group in Missouri, bringing over 8 years of experience to the real estate industry. Throughout her career, Monica has played a pivotal role in helping more than 3,500 families navigate their real estate journeys. Her expertise spans across company expansions, mergers, hiring, and even launching a Transaction Coordination company.  In 2022, Monica became a MAPS Coach with Keller Williams, specializing in Operations. She is also a co-presenter for the Millionaire Real Estate Operations Bootcamp and MREO Assistant Training, and is a founding member of the National Association of Real Estate Assistants and Community. Monica has been a part of multiple Family Reunion and Mega Camp breakouts both as a facilitator and panelist. For the last few years she has led the Operations Breakout Masterminds helping Operations Leaders think bigger to best support their teams and rainmakers. Monica has a passion for systems, processes and strategic thinking to partner with teams to surpass their goals. When she’s not immersed in real estate, Monica enjoys quality time at home with her family and farm animals.

As the CEO of the Hanley Homes Group at Keller Williams Island Life Real Estate, she focuses on implementing systems to drive the team's success, training and coaching the administrative staff, and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Through coaching programs such as “The Perfect Assistant” and “Millionaire Real Estate Operations,” she has honed her expertise in creating effective policies, systems, and organizational strategies.

 

Sammi earned her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. Her education and experience with leading hospitality companies, including the Walt Disney Company, have shaped her exceptional customer service skills, which elevate the Hanley Homes Group.
